Apartment Laurens Alexander is one of our two studio apartments and is located on the first floor. The house has an area of no less than 40 m2 and can accommodate 2 people + a child in consultation. The house is ideal for couples and also has an extra box bed on the mezzanine, which is suitable for a child or an adult. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped with a private bathroom and private kitchen.
Layout studio house:
– Sleeping: 1 x king size lxw 2.10 x 1.80 – 1 x double bed lxw 1.90 x 1.40 (box bed).
– Bathroom: walk-in shower, rain shower, shower cabinet with mirror heating.
– Kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob, coffee maker and kettle.
– Seating area: dining table, Smart TV with cable TV (Dutch, German, English and French) and air conditioning.
Additional Information
Additional: At the rear of the property there is an additional living area with a view of the cows. Smoking in the house and pets are not allowed.
